Case Intake
Do you have new clients that need to be screened? We assist in case intake with clients or help train your office staff/team members on what questions to ask clients during the intake process.
Merit Evaluation
A quick determination on case merit to save time and prevent further costs if non-meritorious. A review with brief written report, opinion on negligence, and chronology if desired. Recommendations for the next step(s) in the case to be included.
Case Analysis
Those great cases that need serious concentration to find all aspects of negligence? We can help by providing a full written report with fact/summary sheet and detailed chronology. Medical research to be performed; illustrations and definitions to be included when necessary to provide clarity.
Medical Record Organization
Do you have thousands of pages not in chronological order? We can fix that. We will combine all records into a pdf binder, organized by provider and in chronological order within each provider. Work completed with bookmarking in pdf editor software.
Settlement Demand Letter
Outline of injuries in letter format. Will include all visit dates pertinent to injuries, monetary costs if included in medical records, all medical diagnoses and diagnostic testing completed.
Medical Billing Summary
Organize and summarize medical bills into excel spreadsheet to calculate client’s damages. Will assist in identifying bills that remain unpaid and missing medical records for additional services related to billing summary.
Expert Witness
We interview and vet experts to ensure they are qualified to move forward with the case. We will provide 2-3 curricula vitae for the attorney to choose final expert.
